TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry and entry is deemed acceptance of them.

2. Competition closes at midnight on Monday, 22nd March 2010

3. Grand Prize: Set of 4 Cragar wheels of your choice subject to availability.

4. The winner will be notified at the Beach Hop, Saturday 28th March 2010 on the main stage at the Surf Club. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted via live feed directly from the Beach Hop.

5. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.

6. To the extent permitted by law, BG Marketing will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of the prize.

7. Information collected can be used by BG Marketing for on-going marketing purposes.

8. Winners agree that BG Marketing may use their names and photographs for promotional purposes.
